Rent schedules on every lease, and a new Documents library

Track rent owed on every lease with a rent schedule

A lease can now have a rent schedule that tracks rent owed each month, reminds tenants and shows each month as paid, due or overdue on the lease's new Rent tab. It covers leases paid online, and you can set up several at once.

Match Interac e-transfers to rent

When you sync your bank, Kera matches incoming e-transfers to open rent in Bank Feed Review. Once you confirm a sender, their later e-transfers are recorded automatically, and you can split or undo them. Where Accounting is turned on for your account.

Organize files in the new Documents library
For owners
Documents now works like a file library, with nested folders, multi-file upload with drag and drop, grid and list views, and previews. Generated files such as notices and owner statements appear automatically, and you can share files with property owners.

See collected and overdue rent on your dashboard
The Rent collection widget now shows this month's rent collected against what's expected, with Overdue and Due tiles that open the matching invoices in Accounting. Leases without a rent schedule get a prompt to set one up.

Take a quick tour of the document editor
For tenants · For owners
The first time you prepare or sign a document, a short guided tour shows how the editor works. You can skip it, or replay it any time from More actions. Signers, including guests, get a tour for filling and signing.
