    Your property manager invites you by email from Kera. Once you accept the invite, your properties and statements appear in your portal automatically.

  • Do owner statements come automatically?

    Yes. If your property manager uses Kera's automatic statements, your monthly statement is generated from the books and emailed to you on a set schedule, and is also available in your portal.
