When you start a rent schedule, tell Kera what the tenant owes today and it fills in the past months, with a rent history timeline as you go. History from before Kera stays out of your books. Download a rent statement for any lease.

Give a rent credit with a reason from the Rent tab, for example after a repair, and reverse it if needed. On managed properties, choose whether the owner or your company covers it. Owner statements show it.

When a rent schedule starts in the past, add the rent the tenant paid before today's rent, so earlier months are charged what was owed at the time. You can edit earlier rent later from the Rent tab.

The new Rent arrears report shows which tenants owe rent, for which months and how overdue, including balances from before Kera. Download it as CSV or PDF.

Get a weekly rent check-in
Kera sends a weekly email and in-app notification when leases have past-due rent with nothing recorded, or no rent schedule yet. Turn it on or off in your notification settings.
