    Kera is billed per user seat — the people on your team who log in and do the work — not per door or per unit. Choose monthly or annual billing (annual saves you the discount shown above), in your local currency.

  • Do you charge per door or per unit?

    No. We think per-door pricing punishes you for growing. You pay per team seat and can manage unlimited properties and units on every plan.

  • Do owners and tenants need a paid seat?

    No. Seats are for your team. You can invite your owners (to their read-only portal) and your tenants (to pay rent and request repairs) at no extra cost.

  • What's included?

    Everything. There's one plan with the full platform — accounting, rent collection, leasing, maintenance, owner and tenant portals, reporting, team controls, and the Kai AI assistant.
