  • How is landlord pricing calculated?

    By the size of your portfolio. Tell us how many units you manage and your price lands in one of three ranges — Foundation (1–10), Expansion (11–25), or Scale (26–50). Pay monthly or annually; annual billing is cheaper.

  • What happens as my portfolio grows?

    Your price moves up to the next range only when you cross it. You can change anytime, and you always get the full platform regardless of range.

  • Do my tenants or owners pay anything?

    No. Your subscription covers everything — invite your tenants (to pay rent and request repairs) and owners (to a read-only portal) at no extra cost.

  • I manage 50+ units or have a team — what then?

    Kera also has a per-seat plan built for property management companies, with roles, multiple users, and organization billing. See the property-managers plan for details.
